The Clywed project draws on PLANED’s proven methods of engagement and participation to encourage communities to identify the challenges and opportunities they face, in order to improve their wellbeing.
PLANED believes that communities are full of untapped assets and resources, and community members are the experts in how to develop their own projects and solutions. By researching and testing new engagement methods, Clywed aims to widen participation, encouraging communities to establish their own local priorities, develop local solutions and influence local decision makers.
Clywed is part of the Big Lottery-funded Community Voice portfolio of projects, which aims to increase communities’ say in the planning and development of services in Pembrokeshire.
If you are part of a town or community council, forum or association and would like to get involved we would love to hear from you.
